At 14: 00 on December 24, 2019, Chen Tong, the general manager of Hubei International Economic & Technical Cooperation Co. LTD, headed straight towards the construction site of Jiashan Guigu Industrial Park without caring the rain. He conducted on-site inspection to guide stability maintenance and organized a study to convey the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
The construction of Jiashan Guigu Industrial Park is in the stage of indoor and outdoor decoration. Project manager Dong Yuping reported the construction and operation situation of the project and the current difficulties at first.
General manager Chen put forward specific requirements and instructions for the next step’s work in combination with the overall construction condition:
The first, is to put forward specific measures and opinions on the safety, quality and progress of the construction site. The project department is required to complete the project construction task with enough quality and quantity, and to strengthen the investigation of potential safety hazards, correctly balance the relationship between the safety, quality and progress of the project construction, clarify the responsibilities and take the initiative to ensure safety and stability during the construction.
The second, is to resolutely stop and prevent the mass visits cases. Timely communicate and resolve conflicts, properly handle all aspects of emotional guidance, strengthen stability maintenance, take the initiative to strengthen communication with the owner unit and labor supervision department, and work together to solve the difficulties happened during the project.
The third, is to accurately evaluate the overall operation of the project. Timely improve the procedures for construction and other aspects, and standardize the collection of project data.
