3月15日下午4时许，载运8万吨铁矿石的“西雅图”轮(SEATTLE SLEW)安全靠泊江阴港码头，成为湖北国际经合首艘国际大宗货物进江船。
The SEATTLE SLEW, a ship carrying 80,000 tons of iron ore, docked safely at Jiangyin Port at around 4 PM on March 15, becoming the first Hubei International Economic and Technical Cooperation Co. Ltd. (HIETC) ship to enter the river.
江苏江阴港建有码头泊位12个，其中10万吨级泊位3个，大靠泊能力为15万吨级，库场面积120万平方米，是中国江苏省沿江地区重要港口和对外贸易口岸，是苏南地区多种运输方式相衔接的重要枢纽，也是发展现代物流的重要节点。Jiangyin Port in Jiangsu Province has 12 dock berths, including 3 berths of 100,000 tons, a large berthing capacity of 150,000 tons, and a storage yard area of 1.2 million square meters.
